CSV import guide

For a simple list, put one label on each line. For extra detail or per-label colors, use CSV columns label,detail,color. The header is optional. Quote a field containing a comma, and write a double quote inside a quoted field as two quotes. Comma, semicolon and tab separators are detected. Multiline quoted text is normalized to a single line.

How it works

Import up to 500 source records within a 1 MB file, subject to the 500-label total after copies. Text fields allow 80 characters. Colors accept teal, blue, amber, violet, red, slate or a six-digit hexadecimal color. Duplicate source records are preserved. CSV export repeats printed copies and prefixes formula-like values with an apostrophe for safer spreadsheet use.
